Cody Diehl

General Manager

As the son of a chef, Cody has always had a passion for great food and beverage growing up in southern New Hampshire. After his move to Boston for undergraduate studies and graduate school at Northeastern, Cody embarked on a government fellowship, where he put his degrees in Political Science, International Relations and Globalization into real world application. But the pull of restaurant life brought Cody back to the industry, where he worked throughout school, enjoying the flexibility to work while attending school as a NCAA athlete. 

For the last five years, Cody could be found behind the bar and as a manager for Hops 'n Scotch, a neighborhood bar in Coolidge Corner. Most recently, he joined the Franklin Restaurant Group family as a lead bartender at Our Fathers, working alongside bar & beverage director Kayla Quigley. Cody is passionate about cocktail culture, and providing outstanding personalized service to each and every guest.
